From You. Like mailed statements, Emailed Statements appear as if they are coming directly from you even though they are sent out by us.

Statements get sent to your customers every month on a specified day. For the ones that need to go out immediately just select the charges you want sent as bill immediate and they will go out within 24 hrs.

Customers can send payments from various ways depending on their preferences.

Payments By Mail.  Mailed statements include a tear off return along with a provided return envelope and emailed statements include a return payment location address.

Online Payment Portal.  Our service comes with a payment portal that customers can go to and make payments.

Auto Withdraw. Just set a day when a customer's amount due will be withdrawn and the payment will be made and updated on the portal to reflect their account status.
